Have you ever found that some strange tidbit of a movie that you saw long ago sticks with you? When I was growing up, I saw this gem of an action flick, a entry in the ‘kid-saves-captured-father’ genre that never seemed to gain the notoriety that Iron Eagle did. In this film, when the kids steal the secret rescue plans that the military has decided not to use, they copy said plans with a handheld copy machine that prints out in roughly 4 in. strips of paper. The young me thought that this device was genius, you could copy anything, anywhere! However, I have not ever seen one since, on the screen or in real life.
