A completely naked Miura doing car porn. How scandalous.

And now…

It’s time to watch some cartoons!

Let’s get this out of the way first:

I used to really like his show.

First up is a Happy Harmonies cartoon from 1934, Tale of the Vienna Woods:

Next is a 1942 Superman cartoon, Billion Dollar Limited:

Here is a 1940 Andy Panda short that introduces Woody Woodpecker, Knock Knock:

Last up is the 1948 Bugs Bunny short, The Grey Hounded Hare:

So what show was that Texaco ad from?

    • The Professor

I'm not sure if you're kidding or not. I'll assume that you spent a good portion of your youth in Europe (Yurp, in Canadian) in addition to your being a young snot-nosed punk, blissfully unaware of TV greats from the 1950s.
The ad is from the Jack Benny Program which aired from 1950 through 1965. In the ad, the gent in the Model T is Jack Benny (who was 39 years old throughout the run of his show), and the young man that he talks to is Dennis Day, a frequent guest on the show.

/yes, I'm poking fun at you, as I have no idea of your background.
