I’m sure some self-declared moral authority meant this as an appeal for teen abstinence. Instead, they just hilariously insulted the geeks. Touché my fundamentalist friends, I’ve been cruel to you, so you can have that one. Also I’m curious to hear engineerd™ tell us what his wife thinks of his choice.

Ouch. Look at the angst in that boy's face. That's why I waited until I was 30 to go back to school to get my engineering degree. I wanted to give myself as much opportunity as possible to have sex before becoming an engineer. Not saying it worked out, but opportunity is everything. By the time I went back, it was too late for Mrs_Biggles. She'd already committed.
I think the Fundies have locked his junk in a c-clamp.
But what if he wants to be an engineer of love?

Edit: typo, and also found this, "How Engineer Look at Love" <a href="http://www.innovation-america.org/how-engineers-look-love” target=”_blank”>http://www.innovation-america.org/how-engineers-look-love

I went to an engineering dominated college. You could start talking to someone about a girl in your class and just say "the brown haired girl" and they would know exactly who you were talking about.
By the time women get to their late 20s or so they realize that engineers really aren't all that bad. Decent income, will usually fix things around the house, too thrilled to have a girl that is interested in them to cheat, not overbearing in social situations. Women just need to learn to deal with obsessive collections and fascination with knowing all the details of what some might see as weird subjects.
I did an arts degree and the ratio of women to men was 13:1. It was like the greatest buffet in the world. No wonder I'm still not married…
Likewise. Apparently I need a much higher ratio than that before any of them will be interested in me. College was not productive in the womenizing department.
You just needed to drop more bullshitisms like, "As Moliere once said…" or "Anna Akhmatova summed it up like this…" or "Russian Formalism be damned, the words just need to breathe."

Nice. Time to make a new T-shirt.

Even easier. Thanks.
It may be easier, but that version has 3.14 instead of π. Don't settle for less!
I saw that. I hadn't wanted to hurt his feelings. Now you've forced my hand.
I find it elegant that the symbols 1, 2, 3, and π appear in increasing order.

All I will say is that engineering school prepared me for marriage.
Making BOMs?
Physics?
Statistics?
Oh wait, all the drinking, got it!
The lecture, the book, and the test seem to be completely unrelated subjects?
35 out of 100 is passing with a C?
English is your wife's second language?
F=M*A = DUCK!
Some advice is universal, and applies no matter what career you should choose.
