Not only have I seen 'C', but I've also seen 'C 2' and 'C Zero'
It does not get better, but the story does come together nicely.
Wow. Just wow. I had absolutely zero idea they made more of those. I even had to check Wikipedia to be sure I was right on C and that a C Zero did in fact exist. Also, I did sit through the whole thing, and oddly remember much of the movie. So I guess it made some kind of impression.
